Step 1

Blend together in a high speed blender until creamy. If your blender is not so powerful, finely grate the ginger and garlic on a microplane first.

Step 2

Add extra water to thin to a thick but pourable dressing (consistency to your liking) and blend to combine.

Step 3

Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 3 days.
