Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat a 9-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pat ham slices with paper towel to dry.
Step 2
Scoop out enough of the flesh of each avocado half to leave 1/2-inch shell*. Place a slice of ham in each half and gently press to secure to avocado; place in prepared pan. Crack egg into each avocado cup. Loosely cover pan with foil.
Step 3
Bake about 15 minutes or until egg white is set and yolk is of desired consistency. Sprinkle each serving with seasoning.
