Step 1

Toast 1-2 slices of bread in a toaster or toaster oven. Once done, feel free to toast a third piece of bread depending on your hunger level.

Step 2

Spread chili garlic sauce over the toast to taste, then top with as many greens as can fit on each slice.

Step 3

Slice an avocado in half to expose the pit, and make 1/4" thick slices down the length of the flesh. If using only half of the avocado, select the half that does not contain the pit (an opened avocado will stay ripe longer in the fridge with the pit intact). Scoop out the sliced avocado with a spoon, and distribute it evenly across your 1 to 3 bread slices.

Step 4

Add minced fresh or jarred garlic on each slice to your liking.

Step 5

Drizzle over olive oil, vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Enjoy!

Top with sea salt and black pepper to taste. Enjoy!
