Step 1

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly until a batter is formed.

Step 2

Heat a frying pan on the hob and spray the pan with oil.

Step 3

Once the pan is hot, use a ladle to spoon in the batter: one ladle = one pancake.

Step 4

Leave to cook for around two minutes and then flip.

Step 5

Cook on the other side for a further 1-2 minutes.

Step 6

Stack on a plate and continue the process until all the batter is gone.

Step 7

Leave to cool before serving to baby.
