Step 3
Crumble over the stock cube and stir in 400ml/14fl oz water. Bring the liquid to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add the spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes or until well wilted, stirring. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
