Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a medium skillet.

Step 3

Cook ground beef until brown.

Step 4

Add onion and cook for another minute.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 6

Cook bacon to desired crispiness. Chop and set aside.

Step 7

In a medium bowl, combine eggs, heavy cream, sugar-free ketchup, hot sauce, and salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.

Transfer beef and onion mixture to a small casserole dish.

Step 9

Pour cream mixture into dish and mix with a spoon to combine the beef with the sauce.

Step 10

Top the meat with the pickle slices.

Step 11

Top with shredded cheese and chopped bacon.

Step 12

Optional, drizzle yellow mustard on the top of the casserole (This can be done after baking as well)

Bake for 20 minutes.
