This corn salad was refreshing and tangy. I used frozen corn and a little extra cilantro.

I made it yesterday for today. I used fresh corn. Very tasty. I will make again. Roasted corn would be good.

Fabulous recipe, I added chopped red onion and grape tomatoes, it was awesome

We grilled the corn, and added diced onion, bell pepper and seeded tomatoes. Kind of a blend between this and Cowboy caviar. Delish!
