Preheat oven to 425.

Prepare a jelly roll pan with cooking spray: set aside.

To prepare crust, combine baking mix and half cup milk.

Mix until soft dough forms.

Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead five times.

Roll into a rectangle.

Place onto bottom and half inch up sides of prepared pan; set aside.

To prepare filling, combine eggs, bacon crumbs, cheese, onions, remaining milk, salt, and black pepper.

Mix until eggs are beaten.

Step 10

Pour evenly into prepared pan.

Step 11

Bake for 15 minutes, or until eggs are set and edges are browned.
