Step 1

Heat oven to 375ºF.

Step 2

Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.

Step 3

Spread 1 tsp. preserves onto each bacon slice.

Step 4

Top each jalapeño slice with 1 cheese piece; wrap with bacon slice, preserves side facing in. Secure with wooden toothpicks.

Step 5

Stand wrapped cheese pieces on prepared baking sheet.

Step 6

Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted; cool slightly.

Step 7

Transfer wrapped cheese pieces to platter. Drizzle with any glaze remaining on baking sheet.
