Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

In a large bowl add ground beef, panko, milk, cheese, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, ketchup, eggs, and parsley. With hand mix just until combined, don't over mix.

Step 3

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Form the mixture into a loaf shape.

Step 4

Lay bacon slices over the top and tuck the ends under the loaf.

Step 5

In a small bowl add the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and hot sauce and mix until combined.

Step 6

Spread 1/2 of the sauce over the meatloaf.

Step 7

Bake for 40 minutes. Spread the rest of the sauce over the top and bake another 10 minutes.

Step 8

Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
