In a sauce pan set to medium high heat cook the chopped apples in a bit of water. Add the sugar and cinnamon to taste until it thickens.

Add a piece of Brie cheese about an inch square into each phyllo dough cup and top with the cooked apples.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees until the phyllo dough turns brown and the apple filling starts to bubble.
Step 5
When cool, frost with the glaze. Serve warm.
