Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Spray a 9x13 inch casserole dish and set aside.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine beans, 1 cup cheese, rice, green chilis and taco seasoning. Mix to combine.

Step 3

Begin to prepare burritos by adding roughly 1/4-1/2 cup of filling to each burrito. Roll and place burritos seamside down. Top with reserved 1/2 cup of cheese.

Step 4

Bake burritos for 15 minutes, or until warmed throughout.
