This is a good recipe. The only change I make is adding 2 tablespoons of dried minced onion. Serve them over mashed potatoes with gravy/cream sauce.  A keeper.

Made them for lunch today,  very easy & quick.   Didn't have parsley so I used a sprinkle of dried oregano.  Served with pasta sauce and honey mustard on the side.  This would be a great replacement for chicken nuggets!  Thanks for sharing this recipe Haley

I am picky about my meatballs so believe me when I say these were good! So good in fact they were all eaten  plain before I could even get the marinara sauce on them! Just bought more ingredients so I can make more!

These delicious and easy to make meatballs were a hit at my Sunday dinner. I served them in a big pile, along with roasted potatoes, asparagus and corn on the cob. I made a spicy BBQ sauce and a cool ranch sauce for dipping.
