Step 1

Preheat oven to 275ºF.

Step 2

Sprinkle spice packet over corned beef and loosely wrap in tin foil.

Step 3

Place on baking sheet and bake on a lower level for 6 hours.

Step 4

Open foil and turn oven to broil and allow fat to cook off, approximately 3-5 minutes on the top rack, approximately 10 minutes on a lower rack. Watch it carefully so it doesn't burn!

Step 5

Optional: Turn oven to 350ºF and cook for another 30 min. I only do this step if I want it piping hot.
