Step 1
Set the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Start by combining the cream cheese and the sour cream in a pan over low heat. You could also soften and melt in the microwave in short intervals.
Step 3
Next add the melted cream cheese mixture to the bottom of a small serving dish and spread evenly.
Step 4
Add the salsa on top of the cream cheese base. Spread evenly again.
Step 5
Top the salsa with the shredded cheese.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from the oven. Let cool and set slightly. Then top with chopped green onions.
Step 8
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
