FIRST STEP:Preheat the oven to 350* right before you are ready to bake

Grease a casserole dish

SECOND STEP:Place the frozen hash browns into the bottom of the baking dish

Sprinkle with the pepper jack cheese, ham and green onions

THIRD STEP:In a medium sized bowl combine and mix the eggs, evaporated milk, salt and pepper

Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the casserole dish

FOURTH STEP:Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight

If refrigerated bake for 50 to 55 minutes

FIFTH STEP:If not refrigerated bake for 40 to 45 minutes

Insert a butter knife in the center, if it comes out clean, the casserole is done

Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
