Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Heat the olive oil in a large iron cast skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the tomatoes and fry for 1 minute. Spread the Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden. Serve hot.
