Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Drizzle the chicken nibbles with olive oil, season with sea salt and cracked black pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the roasted chicken nibbles and toss well to coat. Bake for another 20 minutes, tossing once halfway.

Step 3

Once done, sprinkle the chicken nibbles with sesame seeds and spring onion. Serve with mayonnaise on the side.
