Comment to Alex:  Just half the recipe for 3 servings!  1 pound of fish vs. 2 pounds, etc.  I used half breadcrumbs and half Panko for a crunchier texture, and changed nothing else.  Very easy, quick and delicious.

Delicious. The fillets I used were quite thin so 15 minutes baking was enough. I also baked them at 375F, so needed to shorten the time. It gave a nice crispness to the breadcrumb topping. And so much easier to cook and serve than pan-frying. This recipe will be used again and again.

I looked up haddock last night saw this recipe and had my mom make it. The whole family loved it. The only thing my mom would change is a shorter cooking time. The dish was excellent we had it with corn and rice.

I used catfish fillets instead of haddock. I dipped the fish in the butter before coating with crumbs. It made a nice crust  and the lemon zest added freshness to the flavor. It was very tasty!

I used Panko breadcrumbs, fresh garlic minced and herb seasoning to jazz it up. Ours was done in 15 min, convection oven.

I dipped the fish in butter first then gently pressed into bread crumb mixture.  Simple and delicious fish recipe!

I used seasoned whole wheat bread crumbs. Fast, Easy, Delicious!

I try to include fresh fish in our weekly meals ,so it is always nice to try new recipes. I made this the first time, yes it was good enough for a repeat, using haddock as listed. I sprinkled the fish with Old Bay seasoning before adding the breading ingredients. Delicious! The second time I substituted catfish because we love and it is more affordable. Again delicious! The fish was cooked just right but this topping was just like dumping bread crumbs on the fish.  Next time I may try adding more butter .

I used real garlic, rosmary, and olive oil 1tsp. I also used 1 Tbsp. of parmesan cheese and gluten free bread crumbs. All I can say is Awesome!

The haddock was great, but the topping was too dry. I may try it again but I would use less bread crumbs and more butter.

I am trying to use more recipes using fish and this one was certainly a good one.  We all loved it and the flavour was great.  Very simple and easy to make.
