Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut your peaches in half. Place the peach halves cut-side up in a baking dish

Combine the cinnamon, brown sugar, and pinch of nutmeg in a small bowl and mix. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the peach halves. Place a piece of the butter in the center of each pitted peach half.
Step 4
Transfer the baking dish to your preheated oven on the middle rack and bake the peaches for about 10-15 minutes* or until they're tender and the sugar has caramelized.
Step 5
Crush the cereal into small bits and pieces. Once out of the oven, sprinkle the crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal over the top of each peach half or add the cereal topping once you've added some ice cream, yogurt, or whipped cream to the peaches.
