Step 1

Preheat oven to 380ºF.

Step 2

Using a mandolin, slice potatoes into 1/8-inch thick pieces.

Step 3

Put the potato slices in one layer flat on a baking tray covered with parchment paper, and brush olive oil on both sides of the potato slices.

Step 4

Bake for 10 minutes one on side and flip them over.

Step 5

Bake for another 10 minutes or until potatoes are crispy.

Step 6

Mix paprika and salt and sprinkle on the chips while they are still hot. Serve.
