Preheat oven to 425˙

Remove salmon from packaging and place fillet on a large cookie sheet, and pat dry.

Season fillets with salt and pepper

Mince garlic and set aside

In a small frying pan, melt butter over medium-low heat

Add garlic and spices to melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Remove from heat and add lemon juice.

Using a spoon, generously coat each fillet with butter seasoning leaving the skin side down.

Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon is opaque pink in the center.

In a medium saucepan, bring 6 cups of water and 2 tsp of salt to a boil.
Step 11
Rinse Farro thoroughly and add to boiling water
Step 12
Boil farro until tender (not mushy)

Once tender, drain farro in a sieve or colander and then spread grains evenly on a cookie sheet and cover.
