Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment for quick cleanup.

Step 3

Bring a large pot of water to boil for pasta.

Step 4

While water is coming to a boil make meatballs.

Step 5

Add all meatball ingredients to large bowl.

Step 6

Gently combine until just mixed. (over mixing will make for a tougher meatball).

Step 7

Shape into 2 inch meatballs and place on lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.

While meatballs are baking

Step 10

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 11

Drain and return to pan you cooked the pasta in.

Step 12

Combine pasta and marinara sauce.

Step 13

Pour into 9 x 9 casserole dish.

Step 14

Top with cooked meatballs.

Step 15

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until center is hot and bubbling.

Step 16

Top with cheese.

Step 17

Bake an extra 5 minutes.

Step 18

Serve!
