Preheat oven to 450F degrees. Spray a large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise into quarters, then cut each quarter into 2 wedges. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in pan. In a small bowl, combine butter, salt, and nutmeg. Brush mixture onto potatoes and coat evenly. Bake in oven 20 minutes or until brown and tender.
