Treat a non-stick baking sheet with cooking spray. Slice tofu into cubes, and set aside.

Place soy sauce, miso, rice vinegar, sugar, oil, garlic, and ginger in blender. Blend for about 1 minute, until mixture is smooth.

Place mixture in a medium bowl, and place the tofu cubes in the mixture for about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit.
Step 4
Next, place the marinated tofu cubes on the treated baking sheet, and place baking sheet in oven for 12 minutes. Flip tofu, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for another 10-12 minutes, until tofu has browned.
