Export 2 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C).
Step 2
Stack the tortillas in one pile and using a sharp knife, cut into 6 equal sized wedges.
Step 3
Arrange the tortilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush both sides of each tortilla wedge with olive oil and place back on the baking sheet.
Step 4
Sprinkle a pinch or two of salt over the tops of the tortilla wedges.
Step 5
Place the tray in the oven and bake for 8 to 12 minutes. After about 4 minutes, rotate the tray so that the tortilla wedges brown evenly.
Step 6
Remove the tray from the oven. When cool enough to handle, remove the tortilla chips from the tray and enjoy.
