Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Season the trout with some salt and pepper. Combine the parsley, green onions, sage, chives, rosemary, and garlic. Mix well then divide the herb mixture between the cavities of the fish. Place the fish in the baking dish. Dot with the cut up butter. Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
