Baked Walleye with White Wine Sauce

Ounces Walleye fillet

butter,

garlic cloves,

Tablespoons shallots, minced

White Wine,

Paprika

Salt,

pepper,

(optional)

Preheat oven

Place fish in an appropriate baking dish

Add salt, pepper, and paprik

Spread garlic and shallots

Spread chunks of butter

Bake for 20 minutes

or until the thickest part of the fish reaches 145° Fahrenheit.
