Preheat the oven to 415 degrees F. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and set aside.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and generously season with salt. Cook the pasta for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the pomodoro and 1 teaspoon Tuscan salt. Using a pasta spider, remove the pasta directly from the water to the bowl. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the Parmigiano cheese and toss well to coat. Use 1 cup of water to carefully rinse out the sauce jar and add the water to the bowl. Toss the pasta well to combine. Pour the pasta into the prepared pan and spread evenly in the dish. Top with mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/2 cup parmesan. Drizzle with roughly 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 25 minutes. Allow the pasta to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
