Step 1
Place pork tenderloin in a 6 quart crock pot.
Step 2
Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, water, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour the balsamic mixture over the pork in the crock pot.

Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours on low or 3-3.5 hours on high.
Step 5
Remove the the pork tenderloin from the crock pot and slice.
