Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
Step 2
Reserve 1 tablespoon each of the oats and almonds. Place remaining oats and almonds, banana, almond spread, oil, maple syrup, vanilla and mixed spice in a large bowl. Stir until combined. Stir in blackberries.
Step 3
Place 1/4 cup of mixture, 4cm apart, on prepared trays. Sprinkle with reserved oats and almonds. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and firm. Stand for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Serve (see notes).
