PreparationPreheat oven to 180 degrees.Mill sugar 10 secs speed 9.Add bananas, oil, vanilla and eggs.Beat 10 secs speed 6.Scrape down bowl.Add flour, bicarb and milk.Mix together slowly increasing speed from 1 to 6 for 5 secs.Scrape down bowl.Add choc chips ( I use Cadbury Milk Baking Chips ).Mix through 5 secs "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4.Divide into 12 muffin wraps or cases ( in muffin tray ).Bake for 18-20 mins or until golden brown.
