Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Cream together butter and sugar.
Step 3
Add eggs and mashed bananas.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
Step 5
Slowly add to wet ingredients, mixing to incorporate.
Step 6
Slowly mix in remaining dry ingredients. Pour batter into a prepared loaf pan.
Step 7
Top banana bread batter with 4 tbsp of cranberry sauce. Using a butter knife, draw lines through the cranberry sauce to swirl it throughout the top of the banana bread.
Step 8
Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes. Remove and let cool.
