Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add the eggs, and stir to mix together.

In a small bowl, stir together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix to combine well. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Step 3
Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Drop the batter into the skillet by heaping tablespoon (2-inch to 3-inch diameter for each fritter). Cook until lightly browned on each side (a minute or two), or until golden brown. You'll need to do this in multiple batches.
Step 4
Serve warm. Makes 20 fritters.
