Step 1

First, toast the hazelnuts. Turn your oven on to broil, and place the hazelnut pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Step 2

Place in oven and toast for 3-4 minutes, watching very carefully and shaking the pan a few times to get them evenly browned. Hazelnuts are ready when they smell toasty and have a light golden color. Set aside to cool.

Step 3

To prepare the popcorn mix, spread the popcorn on a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle on the banana chips and the toasted hazelnut pieces.

Step 4

Pour the melted dark chocolate in a zip-top baggie, cut the corner, and drizzle it evenly over the popcorn mix.

Step 5

Allow chocolate to harden (about 10-15 minutes) then you can enjoy! Store popcorn snack mix in an airtight container to prevent popcorn from becoming stale.
