Banana-Oat Smoothie

In a blender, combine oats, yogurt, banana, fat-free milk, honey, and cinnamon; puree until smooth. Serve immediately.

Yum. I used plain Yoplait Oui, 1% milk and reduced the honey.

I added way more goodies... Strawberries. Dried cranberries &amp; blueberries. Dried maca root powder.
It tun up...! Definitely having this every other day 👍🏾👍🏾

Taste good and energising! Only alteration, reduce honey :)

Very tasty breakfast in a glass! I made it with 2% milk and plain Greek non-fat yogurt. You'd never know it was a healthy drink. Delicious, and two big health bonuses!

My recipe:
1/4 cup Uncooked oatmeal
1/4 cup Almond milk (unsweetened)
1/4 cup Low-fat plain greek yogurt
1 Egg
1/2 Banana
2 Ice cubes

250 Calories, 7g Fat, 4g Fiber, 7g Sugar, 16g  Protein

Made for the first time today and loved it!   Like other reviewers I used FROZEN banana, and I also added a handful of almonds.  So yummy!

I made this one this morning. It tasted great, but I would add frozen banana chunks because the drink was not cold enough for me.

Can i make this smoothie 1 or more days before i drink it?

I tried it and it's delicious! But I cooked the oatmeal and I was wondering if you did that too or it was unbacked?

I added 5 ice cubes because I like my smoothies cold and I usually use frozen fruit. We didn't have plain yogurt so I used vanilla yogurt and vanilla soymilk in place of the milk. I omitted the honey. It cam out creamy, refreshing, and delicious! This smoothie is a great pick me-up or breakfast. It is filling!

I love this smoothie and often have it for breakfast. I am in the UK and keep meaning to convert the measurements but luckily I have a trusty measuring device that can measure in cups! I have adapted this recipe slightly, using half milk and half soya mill (1/4 cup of each) or sometimes just all soya milk. I replace honey with agave nectar and add in a scoop of unflavoured protein powder to compliment my gym sessions. Sometimes i add a tablespoon of peanut butter. It tastes absolutely delicious!

I loved this recipe, but my kids wouldn't drink it. The texture is odd — it's full of little flecks of oats — and that totally turned them off. Great taste, though.

This recipe was DELICIOUS - I just added a little bit of ice to mine to give it that true "iced-smoothie" texture.

This smoothie was great after my workout. Was surprisingly filling. I used greek yogurt and agave, and it still tasted delicious! I meant to add some ground flax seed and forgot.

I added 1/2 a cup of fresh orange juice and a handful of ice.

Fantastic! I didn't have any yogurt on hand, so I substituted 1/4 cup of 2% milk and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder. It turned out great!

This is an awesome smoothie.  I added about 10 ice cubes. Mmmm!!

This was perfect for me ! I had one overripe banana and didn't know what to do with it ... voila the answer : A delicious smoothie in about 60 seconds ! Yum...

This was good, but the second time I went easier on the cinnamon and liked it better (cinnamon killed the banana flavor at the ratio mentioned above). I suggest to start with about1/8 teaspoon, taste it, and if you want more then add more...

This is soooo good!  My whole family liked it.  Even my husband who is very hard to please.

This is a very filling, tasty, and fast breakfast.  A good smoothie for the colder season.
