Step 1
Combine banana, pinapple chunks with juice, cream of coconut and ice - in the blender. Save out a couple of pieces of pineapple for garnish.
Step 2
Blend on high until smooth & slushy.
Step 3
Pour into your favorite cocktail glass. - (I chose martini glasses for this one.)
Step 4
Garnish with additional pineapple & cherry if desired. Enjoy immediately.
Step 5
**To make this alcholic, add rum during the blending process.
