Step 1

Mix together cornstarch, sugar along with salt, in an enormous pot.

Step 2

Beat egg yolks and milk. Then, heat the mixture on medium-low heat, and make sure to stir continuously for about 10-12 minutes or until it becomes thicker.

Step 3

When it has become slightly thicker, remove from the stove (it continues to increase in thickness as it cools) and mix in the butter, banana liqueur, as well as vanilla extract.

Step 4

If you don’t want to serve it immediately Wrap in plastic wrap (and make sure that it’s not touching the pudding so that it doesn’t develop a skin) and then refrigerate until set.

Step 5

Enjoy with Nulla Wafers chopped bananas, or whip cream. Enjoy!
