Step 1

Add the spinach and almond milk to the blender first. Blend for a minute or until all the green flakes are thoroughly blended.

Step 2

Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender in this order: banana, cauliflower, oats, protein powder, seeds, cinnamon.

Step 3

Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
