Pre-heat oven to 160 (fan forced) or 180 (conventional) Grease a 12 hole muffin tinAdd banana, yoghurt, oil and egg to TM bowl and mix 5 sec sp 5.Add caster sugar and SR flour and combine 10 sec, sp 5. Check to see that all ingredients are combined. If not mixed well, gently fold with spatula.Spoon into muffin holes. Bake 20 - 25 min or until skewer comes out cleanly. Stand in pan for 5 min, then cool on a wire rack.Serve warm or cold.
