Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, Sriracha, garlic powder and salt in a large bowl. Add cauliflower florets; toss to coat. Spread in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the cauliflower with any remaining sauce from the bowl.
Step 3
Roast, stirring once, until just tender, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired.
