Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Step 2

Heat oil in the pan over medium high heat.

Step 3

Saute chicken and add barbecue spice. Cover and cook for almost 10  minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Add in barbecue sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 4

Place the English muffins on the sheet and spread some pizza sauce on top of each.

Step 5

Top with barbecue chicken, roasted peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese.

Step 6

Bake in the oven for 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
