Step 1

Finely chop the avocado, then place in small bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Add the capsicum, tomato and parsley to the avocado.

Step 3

Add the dressing and ground pepper, then refrigerate until ready to serve.

Barbeque the haloumi slices lightly for 1-2 minutes on both sides or until golden.

Step 5

Arrange on a serving platter and top each slice with a heaped teaspoon of the avocado mixture.
