Step 1

To prepare the pre-mix, combine all the dry ingredients into one large three litre container. Shape or stir to combine. Alternatively, combine in a bowl and then divide into four. Store until needed.

Step 2

To bake, scoop 2 1/8 cups of the dry pre-mix into a bowl. Add ¾ cup of water and two tablespoons of oil or butter. Mix until combined, then add in fruit or other flavourings as desired.

Step 3

Bake in cupcake cases in a pie maker for around 10 minutes. Alternatively, bake in an oven at 170C for 10-15 minutes.
