Step 1
Preheat the oven 425 degrees. Place one flatbread on a baking tray. Lightly brush it with olive oil.
Step 2
Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese followed by grilled corn kernels and thinly sliced red onion. Add a layer of shredded BBQ chicken and place the flatbread in the oven on the middle rack for 9-10 minutes. I like a crispy crust, so I did 10 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from the oven, top with extra BBQ sauce and fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!
