Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, onion, egg, ½ cup SBR Original Barbecue Sauce, cheese and seasonings in large bowl or stand mixer with paddle attachment. Mix until ingredients are incorporated. Shape into a loaf on shallow baking pan. Brush remaining ½ cup barbecue sauce over top. Bake until minimum internal temperature is 165 degrees F in center (approximately 45-50 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
