Step 1

Combine mince, egg, onion, parsley, garlic and spices in medium bowl.

Step 2

Form lamb mixture into 16 sausage shapes, thread onto 16 small bamboo skewers or large, strong toothpicks; flatten slightly.

Step 3

Cook on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or grill pan) until browned and cooked as desired. Serve with yoghurt, and lemon wedges and pitta bread if you like.
