Step 1
Place all the seasoning in a small bowl. Stir to thoroughly combine the ingredients. Rub the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
Step 2
Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Once the grill is heated. Spread the oil out on the grill and use a spatula to spread it around.
Step 3
Add the pork chops to the grill on the oil. Cook for 2-4 minutes on each side until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F and the edges are browned and caramelized.
Step 4
Remove the pork chops from the grill. Baste the pork chops with the barbecue sauce with a basting brush. Then allow the pork chops to rest for 5 minutes. Then they are ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
