Step 1

Place garlic, onions and oil in mixing bowl then chop 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then sauté 5 min/120°C/speed .
Step 5
Add ketchup, sugar, vinegar, paprika, chilli powder, liquid smoke, cayenne, salt and pepper then, with simmering basket in place of measuring cup, simmer 10 min/100°C/speed 2. Meanwhile, warm tortillas according to packet instructions.
Step 6
Add jackfruit, insert measuring cup and cook 5 min/100°C//speed 1 then shred 5 sec//speed 4.
Step 7
To assemble, spoon pulled jackfruit over half of each warmed tortilla then top each with 1 Tbsp reserved slaw and 1 Tbsp reserved avocado crema. Serve hot.
