Step 1

Mix all the pork spices together (everything except the cinnamon)

Step 2

Cut pork tenderloin into large chunks and place in the crock pot add a cup of water

Step 3

Pour spices on top and stir so that the pork is evenly coated

Step 4

Cook on high 3-4 hours or until you can easily shred it

Step 5

Place your peeled/chopped sweet potato into boiling water

Step 6

Let boil about 20 minutes r until the potato is soft and mushy

Step 7

Using a mixer blend the sweet potato together with pumpkin, protein, more cinnamon and sweetener to taste

Step 8

Divide into containers mixing the BBQ sauce with the pork and then placing the frozen broccoli in each container, this will cook when you reheat it
